UPDATE: News coverage of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s search for Shawnta Robinson resulted in her arrest on Wednesday night. Robinson turned herself in at police headquarters. She is charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
SAVANNAH, GA (August 26, 2015): Violent Crimes Investigators of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department have obtained warrants for the arrest of Shawnta Robinson, 30, for a cutting on August 9.
The incident took place at Windsor Crossing Apartments on White Bluff Road. Malaka Dixon, 35, sustained serious injuries.
Robinson is wanted for aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
Robinson is a black female, standing 5-6 and weighing 165 pounds. She frequents Savannah’s south side and may be driving a green Ford Expedition.
