Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a Sept. 20 shooting in the 1200 block of Rogers St. that left one adult male deceased.
Officers responded to the scene at around 9:20 p.m. based on a ShotSpotter report. Upon arrival, SPD discovered the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Lifesaving measures were attempted, but he succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
