Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a Sept. 22 shooting in the 8100 block of Waters Ave. that left an adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
At approximately 4:50 p.m., officers responded to a shooting. They discovered the victim on the scene, who had been shot in the leg. EMS responded and transported him to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
