SPD investigates a shooting at the 1000 block of Jefferson Street

SAVANNAH – Savannah Police Detectives are investigating a July 17 shooting at the 1000 block of Jefferson Street that left two adult victims with non-life-threatening injuries.  

At around 8:30 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Jefferson Street for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered two adult females suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. The victims were transported to Memorial Medical Center. 

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with info should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020.
