SAVANNAH, GA (September 27, 2013): Violent Crimes detectives from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the shooting of a 23-year-old Savannah man in his west Chatham County home Thursday.
Marcus Andre Moore was transported to Memorial University Medical Center for treatment of injuries considered non-life threatening after the 3:14 p.m. shooting.
Moore told West Chatham Precinct officers who responded that two males entered his house and shot him. He also reported that his 2012 silver Ford Mustang with tinted windows and a Florida tag had been taken after the shooting.
Police searched the area, including use of Metro helicopter Eagle One, for the mustang.
