SAVANNAH, GA. (April 10, 2014): Sergeants Robert Mowers and Jeffery Oliver address Islands Precinct officers and specialized units of the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department as Savannah High School students look on in a Roll Call in the Street on Thursday. The Roll Call was held in conjunction with Savannah High School and the Savannah Chatham County Public School System to display the partnership between the department and the school.
