SAVANNAH, GA (December 19, 2012) Savannah-Chatham Metro and Garden City Police are searching for an 82-year-old Garden City Alzheimer’s patient who drove a car to Savannah and disappeared.
Alethia Foreman who has advanced stages of Alzheimer’s and diabetes and has not had medicine took a car from garden City to the area around Oglethorpe Mall this afternoon. The car she was driving was located in the Longhorn’s Restaurant parking lot in Chatham Plaza at Whitebluff and Abercorn.
She has been known to be combative at times.
She is described as a black female wearing a black, medium length wig. She is 5-foot-6 and weighs 115 pounds. She was wearing black pants and a tan pullover sweater with darker buttons on the front.
Anyone seeing anyone matching the description is asked to call Emergency 911 immediately.
