Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a July 7 domestic shooting in the 4200 block of Raybun St. that resulted in the death of two adult victims.
Officers arrived on the scene at around 9:36 a.m. based on reports of a shooting and discovered an adult female victim who was found deceased on the scene. A second male victim was located in critical condition and immediately transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for further treatment, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Initial investigation revealed that the adult male shot the female victim before using the gun on himself in a murder-suicide.
