SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department has arrested Terry Butler, 22, in connection with a domestic shooting on May 30 that left an adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., SPD responded to reports of a shooting near the 200 block of W. Montgomery Cross Rd. Upon arrival on the scene, they discovered the adult male victim who had suffered a single gunshot wound to the torso. EMS arrived and transported him to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
Butler, the suspect, was detained on the scene. After initial investigation, Butler was charged with aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
