SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a June 30 domestic stabbing that occurred in the 2200 block of Teresa Dr. This resulted in the death of an adult male and non-life-threatening injury to an adult female.
At approximately 10 p.m., SPD responded to a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located the adult male, who was pronounced deceased from his injuries on scene. While on scene, officers met with an adult female and another adult male. The injured female stated that the deceased had attacked her, and that the other adult male had intervened to defend her. She was transported by EMS to Candler Hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
