Update: Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Islands Precinct investigators have identified both suspects with help from a citizen’s tip. Phatemia Bigham, 18, turned herself in at CCDC on Jan. 26. Bigham is charged with five counts of financial transaction card fraud and one count of financial transaction card theft.
Jasmine Brown,19, was identified as the second suspect through investigation. Brown is charged with five counts of financial transaction card theft. She was arrested at her place of employment and transported to CCDC without incident on Jan. 27.

SAVANNAH, GA (January 12, 2016): Islands Precinct investigators of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department ask the public’s help in locating and identifying two female suspects who used a stolen credit card for several expensive purchases at least three area retailers.
The victim’s credit card was misplaced on Dec. 24 at Walmart on Montgomery Cross Road. Investigators determined that within hours, the suspects used the card at Toys-R-Us on Abercorn Street and Target and Walmart on Highway 80.
Both suspects are black females. They may have fled in a small silver car. Detectives are working to determine whether an unknown male suspect also is involved.
