SAVANNAH, GA (April 23, 2013): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police and U.S. Marshals have arrested two Savannah men charged with pimping for three teen-aged girls age 15 and 14.
Colby Bragg, 21, of an East Park Avenue address, was arrested Monday by Metro officers at the W.W. Law Center Monday on three charges of statutory rape, pimping and possession of marijuana.
Stephone Brown, 21, was arrested this morning by the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and Metro officers on President Street on two counts of human trafficking and pimping for a person under age 18.
The girls told SCMPD Special Victims Unit investigators that they were given alcohol and marijuana and paid to have sex with multiple adult men at the same time on several occasions.
Bragg also was in possession of marijuana when he was taken into custody.
The case is one in which the Federal Bureau of Investigation exposed a human trafficking ring operating in Georgia and other states.
SVU officers continue to investigate the case and other human trafficking reports.
