SAVANNAH, GA (November 13, 2011): Aggravated Assault warrants have been issued for a 23-year-old Savannah man who fired shots into a house and struck another man after a dice game Sunday afternoon.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are searching for Raashad D. Hunt of a West 41st Street address, who shot Cedric Brown, 22, through the window of his house in the 4200 block of Boyd Street about 2:15 p.m. The game had ended and Hunt began firing at the house when Brown was hit.
Brown was transported to Memorial University Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery. He is expected to survive.
Violent Crimes detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting.
Hunt, a convicted felon, is a black male with a dark complexion, about 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds with a very stocky build. He is known to frequent the area around Crane and 56th streets. He is considered armed and dangerous.
