SAVANNAH, GA (November 3, 2014) Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police officers assigned to the West Chatham Precinct brought smiles to a lot of faces on Halloween thanks to the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. The Trade and Convention Center’s generous donation allowed officers to hand out Trick-or-Treat bags and candy to children in neighborhoods thoughout southwest Savannah and western Chatham County.
