SAVANNAH, GA (September 17, 2015): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Robbery Unit detectives ask the public’s help in locating two men and a vehicle linked to an east Savannah robbery last Thursday afternoon.
On Sept. 10 at about 12:47 p.m., Metro responded to a grocery store near Capital Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, where a woman was robbed of an undisclosed sum of cash.
Police seek to identify those involved. The suspect is described as a black male, between the ages of 17 – 21, with a medium afro. During the incident he wore a black shirt, tan camouflage cargo shorts and black and white flip flops with white stripes. He ran west on Greenwood street. During the robbery the suspect was accompanied by a black male dressed in an oversized black t-shirt and black pants. He left in a silver or white late model sedan with a female driver.
