SAVANNAH, GA (December 29, 2020) –– Savannah Police Robbery Unit detectives need the community’s help identifying a suspect in a robbery last week.
On Monday, December 21, at 2:30 a.m., officers responded to Parker’s on the 5300 block of Skidaway Road on a report of a robbery. Reportedly, the suspect entered the store and pointed a firearm at the store clerk, demanding money. The clerk complied, and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early to mid-30s, standing 6’0” and weighing about 170 pounds. He has mid-length dreads and wore a brown jacket, black shirt, jeans, and sneakers during the incident.
Anyone with information on this case, the suspect’s identity or his location should call SPD’s Violent Crimes Tip Line at (912) 525-3124 or Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020. Tipsters remain anonymous.
