SAVANNAH, GA (November 14, 2011): Police are intensifying their search for a 23-year-old Savannah man who shot another man after a dice game Sunday afternoon.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are searching for Raashad Durelle Hunt of a West 41st Street address, who shot Cedric Brown, 22, through the window of his house in the 4200 block of Boyd Street about 2:15 p.m. Sunday. He is considered armed and dangerous.
The game had ended when Hunt began firing at the house.
Brown was transported to Memorial University Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery.
Violent Crimes detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting.
Hunt, a convicted felon with an extensive arrest record dating to 2004, is a black male with a dark complexion, about 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds with a very stocky build. He is known to frequent the area around Crane and 56th streets.
