SAVANNAH, GA (November 16, 2016): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes investigators ask the public’s help in locating a car possibly linked to a Nov. 10 homicide near Betty Drive and Rivera Drive, that claimed the life of Cequan Borrum, 21.
Investigators obtained surveillance footage of the vehicle fleeing west on Iris Street seconds after the fatal shooting.
At about 5:50 p.m. Metro responded to the 2400 block of Riviera Drive, finding Borrum with a gunshot wound. Borrum was transported by ambulance to Memorial University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Circumstance surrounding this homicide remain under investigation.
