SAVANNAH, GA (December 30, 2015): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting that injured David Strobert, 19, on the 2300 block of Tulip Street on Tuesday night.
Just before 9 p.m. Metro responded to the scene, finding Strobert with a gunshot wound. Strobert was transported to Memorial University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Strobert was reportedly entering a residence when the shooting occurred. Detectives are searching for a black male with an average build, standing at least 5-8 and dressed in all black during the incident.
