SAVANNAH, GA. (April 18, 2014): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Chief Julie Tolbert (center) and Assistant Chief Terry Enoch showed their appreciation to 911 call takers and dispatchers by buying them lunch today as part of the celebration of National Telecommunicators Week. Tolbert and Enoch began the meal by meeting 911 staff members to thank them for consistently and competently bridging the communications gap between the public and first responders. Other members of the Metro command staff attended the luncheon at the 911 center.
