SAVANNAH, GA (January 13, 2015): Islands Precinct investigators of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department seek the public’s help identifying the person, who on Dec. 31, vandalized and stole a significant amount of cash from an east Savannah laundromat.
Wednesday, Dec. 31, Metro responded to Speed Queen Coin Laundry on the 3200 block of Skidaway Road. Wet paint was observed on the floor, several washers, dryers, surveillance camera lenses and exterior windows. The coin machine had been tampered with and missing a undisclosed sum of money.
Security camera footage shows the crimes being committed by a person wearing a cloth masked, multi-colored sweater, dark jeans, dark shoes, gloves and a dark colored trapper hat.
