SAVANNAH, GA (October 12, 2016): After Chatham County’s mandatory 10 p.m. curfew, Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police arrested and charged three 15-year-olds and two 14-year-olds in reference to multiple auto break-ins in an apartment complex parking lot on Eagle Street near Richards Street.
At about 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, observant citizens notified police of a group of teenage males with flashlights entering vehicles. Nearby, responding officers located and interviewed suspects matching the given descriptions. Evidence linking the suspects to the crime was recovered.
The suspects are charged with curfew violation and entering auto.
