SAVANNAH – Savannah Police Detectives are investigating a July 20 domestic homicide in the 900 block of Adel Street.
At around 11 p.m. officers responded to the scene based on reports of a gunshot. Once on the scene, police discovered Maurice Pollock, 43, suffering from a serious gunshot wound. A female juvenile was also found deceased on scene. Pollock was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center and treated for his injury. He remains there in critical condition.
During the investigation, Pollock was identified as the suspect in the death of the juvenile. An arrest warrant for the charge of murder was obtained and served.
