SAVANNAH, GA (March 26, 2021) –– Savannah Police’s Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating a serious injury, motorcycle-involved wreck from this afternoon.
Around 5 p.m., Mary Brown, 77, driving a Toyota Highlander, was pulling out of a shopping plaza on the 7800 block of Abercorn Street. Brown pulled into the roadway and then transitioned to the left lane where she was struck in the rear by Enrique Ramos, 19, driving a Kawasaki Ninja 500.
Ramos sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The Traffic Investigation Unit continues to investigate this crash.
