SAVANNAH, GA (December 8, 2014): Special Victims Unit officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department are trying to locate for questioning a man who accompanied a woman from a bar to her car Sunday morning before she was assaulted.
The woman reported the man walked her from Savannah Smiles on the 100 block of West Bay Street to her car in a parking garage about 3:30 a.m. She later awakened in her car with signs of a possible sexual attack.
The man was described as possibly having a Middle Eastern appearance with black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. He possibly was between 5-foot-9 and 5-ll, and possibly weighed between 165 and 195. The victim is a white female in her 30s with blonde hair and green eyes and was wearing blue jeans at the time.
