SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department responded to a March 14 shooting near Ann St. and West Bay St. that left an adult male with a serious gunshot wound.
Officers responded to the scene at around 12:15 a.m. on reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, police found the victim with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was provided with first aid and transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for further treatment. Investigators were able to interview witnesses and collect evidence from the scene.
