SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department has responded to an April 3 shooting in the 800 block of Carter St. that left one adult male with serious injuries.
Officers responded to the scene at around 7 p.m. on reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, police discovered the victim lying in the street suffering from gunshot wounds. Immediate life-saving measures were provided, and the victim was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for further treatment.
