SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department has arrested a male juvenile in connection with a domestic homicide that occurred on June 10.
At approximately 11:25 p.m., SPD responded to reports of a cutting at a residence in the 300 block of Tibet Ave. When they arrived on the scene, a juvenile sibling of the victim informed SPD that a 17-year-old male in the household had been stabbed. EMS arrived and transported the victim to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment, where he succumbed to his injury.
The juvenile sibling was detained on the scene. After initial investigation, he was charged with murder and transported to Chatham County’s Regional Youth Detention Center.
