SAVANNAH (Aug 13) – Savannah Police Detectives are investigating a shooting, Aug 13, in the 4000 block of Ogeechee Road that left one victim dead and another in critical condition.
At 1:48 am, police responded to reports of gunfire. Chatham County Police and Savannah Police arrived on the scene and provided immediate medical assistance. One victim died on the scene and the other was transported to Memorial Medical Center in critical condition.
Detectives have collected video and witness evidence. No arrests have currently been made in the case. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020.
