SAVANNAH, Ga – The Savannah Police Department responded to an August 18 shooting in the 1200 block of E. 71st St. that resulted in injury to a male juvenile.
Officers from Eastside Precinct responded to the scene at around 4:39 p.m. based on a report of gunfire. Upon arrival investigators located the juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound inside a residence. He was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
