SAVANNAH – Savannah Police Detectives are investigating an Aug. 27 shooting at the intersection of Wheaton Street and Helmken Street that left two adult male victims with non-life-threatening injuries.
At around 10:30 p.m. officers responded to the scene based on a ShotSpotter report. Upon arrival, officers discovered two adult male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
