SAVANNAH, GA (January 23, 2015): Violent Crimes investigators of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department ask the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in the shooting of a Savannah man in the Waters Avenue Corridor Thursday.
Metro responded to the W.W. Law Center on the 900 block of East Bolton Street at 4:36 p.m. Jamario Perry, 20, walked there seeking help moments after being shot a few blocks away. A crime scene was identified on the 1000 block of East Park Avenue.
Perry was transported by ambulance to Memorial University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Members of the public have come forward with information; but no confirmed suspect has yet been identified.
