SAVANNAH, GA (November 8, 2016): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police ask the public’s help in locating a man last seen on May 30 on the 100 block of Inca Road.
Charles McBride, 36, a mental health consumer, was reported missing to SCMPD on July 29. Relatives became concerned after having no contact with McBride for several months.
McBride is described as a black male, standing, 5-9 and weighing 182 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent areas near Truman Parkway and President Street. McBride has tattoos on his neck of the names “Faye” and “Ruthie.”
