The white female with long hair and wearing jeans and a spaghetti-strap shirt and the slender, dark-haired man with her, went to the Crab Shack restaurant just west of Tybee Island and left without eating. As they entered, they paid particular attention to the Tiki statues in front of the building.
The woman showed New York identification and was about 5-8 and wore sandals. The male was described as about 6-0 and slender with jeans, a loose-hanging plaid shirt and a cap. Both appear in their early 20s.
During the night, the pair returned and the female picked up one of the statues and placed it in a late-model, four-door pickup truck with two-tone paint, a brush guard on front and lights on top of the cab or roll bar, and drove away.
All these actions were caught on video cameras installed on the grounds of the restaurant.
