Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a Sept. 10 shooting in the 500 block of W. 35th St. that left an adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
At approximately 2:51 p.m., officers responded to the scene based on ShotSpotter reports. They discovered the victim, who had been shot in the hip. EMS responded and transported him to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
