SAVANNAH, GA. (March 17, 2014): Fifty-nine arrests were made by Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police during the first three days of the 2014 St. Patrick’s Day Festival.
Seventeen disorderly conduct and 10 public urination charges were the most numerous.
So far, police have made 59 arrests in the four-day festival, 42 by officers working out of the City Market command center which covers the majority of the festival area, and 17 from the command center on River Street.
