SAVANNAH, GA (July 12, 2018) – Savannah Police’s Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating an early morning crash on Montgomery Cross Roads that resulted in serious injuries to two small children.
About 6:30 a.m. today a Toyota Camry, which was driven by Lindsay Fischetti, 29, of Savannah, was traveling west in the 600 block of E. Montgomery Cross Roads when it crossed into the opposing lanes and struck an eastbound Acura TSX, driven by Rashida Piankhi, 71, of Savannah. All occupants in the vehicles were transported to Memorial Medical Center for treatment. Two children, ages 2 and 4, who were in the Camry were treated for serious injuries.
