SPD Responds to a Shooting near the Intersection of Jay St. and Lehwald St. (Updated)

Update: Ronald Elijah Williams, 36, has been arrested in connection with the June 30 shooting on Jay St.  He was taken into custody by the SPD Community Response Team, assisted by the Richmond Hill Police Department, on July 10. Williams was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and aggravated assault.
