SAVANNAH – Savannah Police Detectives have arrested Tamorris Raynor, 27, in connection with a July 24 kidnapping.
At around 4:00 a.m. officers responded to the 200 block of Sunderland Drive for a report of a domestic disturbance that resulted in the kidnapping of a three-year-old child. The juvenile was taken by Tamorris Raynor. Raynor was apprehended this afternoon, and the juvenile has been safely recovered. The Savannah Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance and vigilance.
