SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a March 8 shooting in the 1800 block of Ott St. that left one adult male with a gunshot wound.
At around 10:50 p.m. officers responded to the scene based on ShotSpotter reports. Upon arrival, police discovered the victim in the road. He was provided with initial medical care and then transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
