SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a March 15 shooting in the 1200 block of New Castle St. that left one adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
At around 1:20 p.m. officers responded to the scene based on ShotSpotter reports. The victim was discovered at the scene and informed police he was shot from a moving vehicle. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
