Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating an Oct. 25 fatal shooting in the 5000 block of Compton Rd. that left one adult male deceased.
Officers responded to the scene at around 9:24 p.m. and located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers and EMS performed lifesaving measures, but he succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
