SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a May 14 shooting in the 1300 block of Kenneth Dunham St. that left one adult male deceased.
Officers from the Northwest Precinct were dispatched to the scene at 10:15 p.m. based on a ShotSpotter report. Shortly after arrival police discovered the victim inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. First responders provided medical treatment, but the victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
