Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating an Aug. 30 armed robbery and shooting in the 10 block of Royal Inn Ct. that left an adult male victim with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Police were called to a residence in the 10 block of Royal Inn Ct. based on reports of a robbery and shots fired at around 4:30 a.m. While investigating the scene, officers were informed that an adult male arrived at Memorial Health University Medical Center with injuries to his back and leg. It is believed the gunshot wound victim was connected to the incident.
