SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a March 1 shooting near the intersection of Lavinia St. and Harden St. that left an adult male with non-life-threatening injuries.
SPD responded to multiple ShotSpotter alerts at around 11:15 p.m. and began to canvass the nearby area. Officers were flagged down and discovered the victim inside a vehicle in the area of W. Victory Dr. and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. He received immediate medical attention from officers until EMS arrived at the scene to transport him to Memorial Health University Medical Center.
