Savannah – The Savannah Police Department is investigating an Oct. 24 shooting in the 500 block of Emerald Dr. that left one adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
Officers responded to a walk-in gunshot wound victim at 10:30 p.m. at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The victim reported to investigators that he was shot on Emerald Dr. With that information, officers were able to gather evidence and confirm the location of the injury.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
