SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a Feb. 23 shooting at the 1900 block of Live Oak St. that left one adult male injured.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at around 6:30 p.m. and discovered the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was provided with initial medical assistance and was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020, or submit an anonymous tip through the SPD mobile app.
