SAVANNAH (Aug 22) – Savannah Police Detectives are investigating an Aug 21 shooting at East 35th Street and Waters Avenue that left one male victim with non-life-threatening injuries.
SPD responded to a ShotSpotter alert at 11:38 p.m. and discovered the victim suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was treated on the scene and then transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Investigators are currently aggressively following up on leads. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, 912-234-2020.
