SAVANNAH – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a March 15 fatal shooting in the 2000 block of W. Bay St. that left an adult male deceased.
At around 6: 10 p.m. officers responded to the scene based on reports of a shooting. Once on the scene police discovered the victim in a commercial establishment suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
