Savannah – The Savannah Police Department will host its annual Back to School Bash on Aug. 2 at the Savannah Impact Program building, located at 2005 Waters Ave. This event will take place between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Back to School Bash will include bouncy houses, food, and a performance from Magic Marc. This family-friendly event provides kids with free book bags and school supplies for the upcoming school year, distributed on-hand by SPD officers while supplies last. There will also be music, games, and prizes.
Media is welcome. The event is free, and open to the public.
